Our Founder

Nino Abate is a skilled, reliable attorney who is committed to providing exceptional legal services to his clients.

As a member of his high school speech and debate team, Nino fell in love with the art of persuasive writing and spoken advocacy. He continued to pursue his passion during his time at Arizona State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. In law school, Nino was a member of the Environmental Moot Court and eventually graduated Order of the Barristers, a high honor bestowed on the top 1% of law school students who demonstrated “exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.” Nino’s decision to become a real estate and business attorney was an easy one: he was a licensed Arizona real estate professional for 10 years and comes from a family of real estate professionals and successful business entrepreneurs.

Nino knows the art of the deal, but he also knows how to win a legal fight. He is an experienced, tenacious civil litigator who jealously guards the interests of his clients.

So, whether you’re in the boardroom or the courtroom, attorney Nino Abate and his experienced staff can help you achieve your goals and protect your valuable interests.
