Consultation Terms
The Law Office of Nino Abate, PLC (“Abate Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) offers consultations, free and paid, on the terms below. These terms apply to every consultation, however you schedule it: through www.abatelaw.com, our online booking page, by phone, or by email. Scheduling a consultation is your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, do not schedule a consultation.
1. Availability
Consultations are subject to our availability. We decide whether to offer a consultation and when to hold it.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We may cancel or reschedule a consultation at any time, with or without notice. If we cancel a paid consultation and do not reschedule it, we will refund the fee you paid for that consultation. Beyond that refund, a cancellation or rescheduling by us creates no obligation or liability to you.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Scheduling or attending a consultation, free or paid, does not create an attorney-client relationship. We represent you only after you and Abate Law sign a written fee agreement and you pay any required retainer.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version posted on this page when you schedule a consultation governs that consultation.
